Magical Mystery Drops
Well, some of you know, we cancelled Brady's tear duct surgery. We started eye drops Monday morning, and his eye has been fine since. We are hoping it just cleared itself up on its own. So, thankfully, we never had to make the 6AM trek to the eye specialist Thursday morning and saved a couple thousand dollars!
He is a monster now! He is pulling himself up on everything, and would rather pull the candles off the coffee table instead of play with his toys! But, its so fun watching him change and learn new things everyday! I wouldn't trade it for the world!

He's Grounded!
Well, as most of you know, I started back to work on Monday, therefore, Brady is now in daycare (at least he is just across the hall from me).
WELL... ...He got his first write up for BITING another baby!!! His teacher said that it is probably because he is teething.
When I picked him up, I checked out his gums, and thats when I noticed his other top tooth has started to cut through.
The thing is, he has never bit Michael or I. He gives kisses and blows raspberries on us. I don't want to be the mom of the "biter".
Other than that he is doing great! They serve breakfast and lunch, plus 2 snacks during the day, so I get to pick what I want Brady to eat. When I peeked in during lunch today, he was in the highchair munching on some peas and peaches! I'm so glad he is having fun!

No More Tears.
The date has been set. March 26th, Brady will have his clogged tear duct open. It's a pretty simple operation. He'll get a breath or two of gas, then they will stick a teeny tiny probe into his tear duct to open it up. Takes about 5 minutes, then 30 minutes later we can go home. Hopefully it all goes well. I'm not nervous yet, but i'm sure I will be when the time comes!
And a couple pictures of Brady's new trick!
He can stand (I put him there)!
And, he is now pulling himself up in his crib and attempting to pull himself up on other objects as well!

Is it April in Michigan?
Friday was a nice day...about 60* and partly sunny. I met Michael for lunch at the river where Magglio swam and Brady got to watch him chase the geese.
(It was nap time, therefore there are no smiles or eye contact)

Don't mind Magglio peeing in the river!
Yesterday was a little gloomy and rainy, but still on the warm side, around 60*.
And today...eh...blah...it snowed. So, therefore, it was ALL over the news. You would've thought there was an asteroid headed this way. They were telling people not to leave the house. People were asking if power lines would come down if the snow accumulated on them. Schools are closed tomorrow. TV shows were being interrupted so we were made aware of the 10 idiot drivers who couldn't keep their car on the road and ended up in the ditch. Come on people! You got an inch and a half of snow...that didn't even stick!!!! I have decided that I do not like Southerners!
