Proof!

Well, there they are! He has a tooth and a half!!! As you can tell in the 2nd picture, he wasnt too happy about me grabbing his lip!!

Poor kid though..He is destined for some jacked up teeth...Mommy and daddy have bad genetics in that department!

Oh, and if you havent noticed, I gave up on the LoL cats. I just couldnt figure out how to get the pictures bigger so you could read the caption! Sorry ya'll!

He's on the move! I'm guessing he'll be crawling by next week! I guess that means I finally need to baby proof, and find new homes for things...homes that we don't have!

I'm sorry I've been slacking on my blogging lately. Had a rough weekend, and just didn't feel like updating. Sorry folks!

Oh, we have our 2nd tooth cutting through right now, also. Geez, where does the time go??

Obama Mama

Yup. Im an Obama Mama. But enough about that.

Brady and I both watched our first inaguaration yesterday. As you can see, he was pretty into it!! He had the best seat in the house!! I cried...i'm just an emotional person. I cried the most when they were showing the shots of all the people around the country watching. It melted my heart! Haha. Pathetic, I know!

I'm sorry I havent been blogging everyday, but, I dont have something to say everyday, and quite honestly, I don't think I need to post something everyday. So, to those who expect something 7 days a week, please lower your expectations!

On another note...It supposed to be 60* here on Friday, but then back down to 50, then back to 65 on Tuesday...Im so glad Im not experiencing winter weather in Michigan!! I need a suntan...about another month and a half til the warm decides to stay!

We have a tooth! You can't really see it yet, unless you pry his mouth open and tape his tongue to the roof of his mouth (I kid, I kid)! But, boy oh boy, you can feel it!! He was gnawing on my knuckle last night and it hurt! That's the only new news down here. (If you look closely at the pic above, you can see where his gum is swollen...our right, his left. Or, maybe its just me...since I know its there...oh well!!)



Had a boring and event less weekend. Watched some movies, played the Wii and went to Sam's Club. Woo-hoo...real exciting.

Cold Weather Down South...Don't leave your house!!

Just read my cousins blog about the cold weather alerts in NC. Reminded me of what I saw tonight, pulling into my apartment complex, a sign that read,
" Freeze Warning. Leave faucets dripping". (Sigh) Southerners would never survive up North!

Happy Half Birthday, Brady!

6 months already. Where does the time go? Brady had his 6 month check up today. Here are his stats:

Height- 27 1/2in (75th percentile)

Weight-17lbs 5 oz (50th)

Head Circum.-43.7 cm (50th)

He's long and thin. He did well with his shots. The first one didnt bother him, but the second one pissed him off and he started screaming (This was actually good though, because this is when I noticed that we are about to have a tooth cut through any day now. The bottom left is ready to make an appearance)! As soon as the shots were done, and I picked him up, he was smiling! Such a good boy! Still waiting for the tear duct to unclog itself. The pedi is gonna call me in a month and a half to see how it is looking. If, by then, it still hasnt cleared, I am being referred to an eye specialist. But its no big deal. Still doesnt bother Brady, until I clean it. Bothers me more. He's always got a goober in his darn eye, and people always think he's been crying. Oh well. If a clogged tear duct is my biggest concern, i'll take it. I'm grateful that is the only problem...and I dont really see it as a problem-just a block in the road (or tear duct(haha))! Ok. Well, enough with my rambling (Michael told me my first blog was too much of that). Here are some pictures from today, of my big 6 month old!!

My New Hobby

I had become addicted to scrapblog, and making signatures or "siggys" (pretty much a scrapbook page type picture for a blog/forum, etc). Well, for Christmas I received Paint Shop Pro x2! I am teaching myself how to make them on there, its pretty tough! There are soo many tools and options to use, its quite overwhelming! But, I thought I would show off my first three...remember...I AM LEARNING!!!

I cant figure out to make the background transparent instead of white. Anyone else use psp x2 and want to give me some pointers??

New to this!

So, my cousin, Adrienne, or, Ade, whichever you prefer to call her, introduced me to this site. Well, not really introduced, but she has a blog on here, and, well, we all know how much I am addicted to the internet, so I figured this would be a great idea to help keep everyone in MI updated with our life down in GA. Ok, well, not our life...but Brady! Maybe this can keep me off Baby-gaga for a 'lil while =) (does this site really not have smiley faces for me to use?!)!


Anyways...here we are, here this is...and lets hope this works out well, for all parties involved!!


Here are 2 pics for fun...he is sitting up now, on his own, for a good 10 minutes or so, til he tumbles over (usually in the direction of something hard), hits his head, rolls to his tummy, then rolls all over the apartment, working as a human lint brush! Eh, I got a little off subject! Ok, but here they are....He had just spit up in this one (notice the little puddle of peaches and oatmeal)...

And, now, notice the look of innocence, taken a second later...how could he ever throw up on dad's throw blanket? Kind of reminds me of Steve Urkel..."Did I do thattt???"
